30% - USSR
20% - allies and Japan
5% - Germany (at least until 1943). Better to make it flexible though..like activating remaining 15% after severe German casualties. Is it possible? In realty, Germans understood how dire situation for them only after Stalingrad.

Frontline in operation Arctic Fox is set ~100km too far on east.
Fixes:
1) Adding town of Salla
2) Moving frontline west
3) Reducing experience of SS brigade (division) "Nord"

Seems silly mistake..or may be i mistaken?

distortion maps may be due to the transfer of the globe in a two-dimensional plane :-) the maximum error in latitudes as we approach the poles

No, it is not a projection distortion.
Frontline at Murmansk and Vyborg is ok, but it has an abnormal bulge at middle Finland.

I also find following problem:
In USSR army, Grivnik brigade was absent from region - was they transferred to Finnish front later?

Ok, division-level units all accounted for.
But positions of 122 SD was - in your data it said "west of Kandalaksha", so you placed ~100 km west of Kandalaksha
but according to combat report it must be defending Salla at outbreak of war - further 100 km to west.
German/Finnish group in this case also turns out to be ~100km more on west.
The error in SOE2 map is obvious now, fixing.

When you are in Norway, Finland, the map would need to finish the road in Norway.

For example:

Thank you for historical road maps. These will be very helpful
I am aware current map has roads placed nearly arbitrarily.
It is one of the reasons i currently review super-scenario (pass 1 is 30% complete)
