Scenario WWII:1941-1945, Monthly Japanese HQ reports

The morning of October 22nd, 1941.
The maples leaves are turning red with the blood shed by the Japanese soldiers around the globe - from Canada to the Black sea.

The idea to bring war to Europe was largely successful. Wiping out the remnants of Allied fleets from Mediterranean and Black Sea was an easy job. But then comes the landing..against Soviet coastal fortifications, bristling with cannons. The overall Soviets defense is not as strong as it was during battle of Vladivostok (thanks to German allies), but 3 cruiser groups are destroyed or damaged already. Only 1 cruisers group is still active. Fortunately, battleships group and battlecruisers group were able to act with impunity, nearly ruining coastal defenses of Black sea after 2-week long bombardiment. Landing itself was fine as well. Only on north of Azov bay Soviets still clings to sea coast. Threat to Turkey is lifted, and head units already entered Tbilisi - capital of Georgia. Heavy fighting continues yet in north-east Turkey, there main strike forces of Soviets were trapped.
The British Iraq is now Japanese Iraq. But the Palestine is the wasps nest of Allied activity, with approximately 400 thousand troops deployed. Conquerors of Iraq (160 thousands of IJA troops) are expected to hold them off until fighting in more important areas will subside. Also, North Egypt was conquered. Unfortunately, just yesterday 24-thousands strong IJA detachment was annihilated trying to advance up the Nile river. Some troops intended for Black sea assault are now diverted to Egypt.
In India, a lull of fighting happens after majority of Japanese troops and aviation has left for Europe. IJA strength in India dropped below 100 thousands, but expected to rebound slowly as new units are being drafted.
In Australia, north coast is in Japanese hands. Team assaulting Perth suffered 40% casualties, therefore reinforcements are being sent around south coast. On East coast, siege of Brisbene have finally turned into street fighting.
In Pacific, after 70% (25 thousands) casualties the land force is pressing for the capture of Hawai`i island. Reinforcements (another 120 thousand troops) are ready to land on other Hawaiian islands as well.
In Canada, Vancouver island was captured. Therefore, conquest of Vancouver proper have started. Because inside the continent battle of Jasper is nearly won by Japanese, the position of Vancouver is hopeless. Diversionary forces are slowing down the USA reinforcements from Seattle, while main forces are storming the Vancouver proper.
Overall, situation in Canada is very fluid, with deep diversionary raids by separate regiments becoming the norms. Neither USA nor Japan has enough units in Canada to protect every settlement or road.

Thanks to conquest of Black Sea and Mediterranean ports, the merchant fleets have brought much needed material from Germany, Italy and Spain. 120-ton monstrous O-I tanks are being produced again. Crews say they can stomp the soviet T-26..but usually Russian tanks use their advantage in speed and run away. Contrary, light Chi-He tanks are being phased out as their small-caliber cannon cannot deal effectively with masses of Russian infantry. Troops are now nearly saturated with artillery, including anti-tank rifles and AA cannons. Only mortars are still in the short supply.

Thus, war have entered the final phase: the race between Russian winter and troops going to Moscow.
The race start positions:
East Japanese group: from Barabinsk, Novosibirsk region. (3600 km)
South Japanese group: from Yeysk, Krasnodar region (1800 km)
German group: from Nevel, Pskov region (820 km).
The deadline is about ~15th of December - the time of first severe snow storm.
We have a choice: to overrun Soviets or freeze to death. Charge!

Yes, the our IJA troops has reached the southern outskirts of Moscow. Will they remain here - is the entirely different question. The battle for Moscow rages for already 10 days, both sides are severely exhausted and suffering grievous losses. The Japanese Black Sea offense have reached Mahachkala-Voronej-Tula-Podolsk on east flank and Odessa-Bryansk on west flank, severely crippling Stalinists industrial capability. Yes, the Soviets are no longer politically uniform. The northern port of Kirkenes have aligned with Japanese after saturating area bombardments by Soviet troops. The mixed Finnish-Russian civilians of Kirkenes have declared themselves neutral nation of "Russia-On-Arctic" and providing non-lethal supplies of nickel ore to the Japanese Empire.
The eastern pronge of IJA attack have pierced the heart of Ural industrial region (there heavy fighting continues) and passed Ufa in the push to join Moscow offensive. But the avalanche of Japanese units from Siberia have already lost 80% of its strength to garrisons and flank pickets, therefore unknown if they proceed much on the West.
On the southern front, a detachment of Siberian front have meet the West India front in south Tajikistan. They now advance rapidly to Caspian sea - with goal of joining with over-extended Black Sea front.
Fighting in Eastern India continues, but IJA is still far from securing even the primary target - the Ganges river basin.
In Australia, Sidney have fallen to Japanese. Recently completed battleship Yamato is shelling Melbourne harbor while IJA troops assemble in assault formations on shore nearby. Perth is also in Japanese hands. IJA artillery regiments digging in north of Perth to meet Australian relief forces from inland.
In north America, assault of Seattle was a failure. Too much aircraft was diverted to Black Sea front, breaking ambitious plans of deployment of 2000 heavy bombers in Seattle area. Japanese artillery regiments are steadily retreating, organizing ambushes in mountain passes of Rockies.
In Africa, our attack have meet fully-equipped British armored divisions and stalled. Heavy fighting continues in Sudan, and IJN battleships and battlecruisers once more entered Red Sea to provide artillery support.
In Palestina, French Mandate (Syria) have surrendered to Japanese. 120-thousand strong IJA force is marching through desert to British Mandate (Israel).

The performance of Axis is disappointing. Germans have retreated from Minsk.

A wave of arrests have swept the Japanese industrial companies. Army generals demands explanation for the lack of response to their demands of H6K heavy bombers improvements. Also, IJA suffering greatly from the lack of modern light AA guns and AT guns. Industry is hard-pressed to accelerate testing program for these classes of weapons.

The 27th November, 1941.
Sarin-laced ruins of Kremlin are silent. Only movement is the Japanese soldiers examining corpses. They look in each corpse mouth and verify against sheet in hand. But suddenly shout erupted..now everybody embraces, shooting in air and crying uncontrollable. We finally found a corpse of Joseph Stalin - a mastermind of the Second World War! Now the end of war is in sight.

The WWII was started 1st September, 1939 from USSR invasion into the Eastern poland and finished 27th November, 1941 with the fall of Moscow.
Main results was acceleration of the disintegration of the already weakened British Empire and amalgamation of China and Japan in single state - the Asian Union, now the leading state of the planet. Some minor territories changed hands; USA lost most of its Pacific Territories, including Hawaii, USSR lost a piece east of Amur River to Asian Union as war reparation, Belorussia and Ukraina has become an independent states.
Also, the outcome of WWII have set stage for cold war - a long standoff between Eurasian and American forces. Only 60 years later the cold war has resolved with the economic collapse of the USA.

About battle with USA... Set option "1 turn = 2 day"? Increase pool of weapons and go to Washington? bansai!!!

Japanese never intended to invade continental USA. It was too clearly suicidal affair.
Instead, Japanese have planned to inflict series of humiliating naval defeats for USA (starting from Pearl Harbor) to force an advantageous peace treaty.
In alternative history here this goal was reached (culminating in land battle for Hawaii, won by Japanese 25th of November), therefore i think USA realistically will seek peace in exchange of Japanese leaving Seattle area and Alaska.
Actually, battle of Seattle was pretty much positional (though bloody), therefore both sides will be only happy to stop the needless carnage.

Of course, even if Japanese leaves British Columbia (as will be pressed by USA and GB), the Canada will be on fast track to independence, as GB was proven to be unable to defend its colonies. In realty, Canada become independent in 1967, but in this alternative history branch a mass rebellions would happen as soon as martial laws will be repealed. And Japan will be happy to help their Canadian friends! We will even help to reconstruct infrastructure damaged during brief UK-Japan war.

Deficiencies in super-scenario which allowed the Japan to dominate the World War II (against historical truth) has been largely fixed.
