1) Raising cost of low-cost outlier weapons (mostly fixing the damage after cost gap of low-cost weapons was amplified by learning curve law - see for example 122mm howitzers of USSR)
2) Army sanity changes (i.e. if country do produce ATR or assault guns, there must be unit using these)
3) Introduced Khasan-class monitors to USSR.
4) Map changes in Eastern Siberia - new port on Baikal and Khabarovsk
5) Small changes on air attack of Japanese SPG based on pictures
6) South African navy and coastal defenses - introduced 2 new types of ASW ships and Cape Town batteries
7) Fixed bug with 4mln. recruits of New Zealand - reduced to 400 thousands
8) Cleanup (partial) of 203mm artillery of USSR - thanks to AAG!
9) Weapons database fixes, mostly based on Dalibor suggestions for USSR (MRL, artillery, AA guns, tanks)
10) New pictures of weapons (44 total) - thanks to Dalibor! - cannot post here due data size (19 MB), please contact at oleg@eratokm.jp to receive by e-mail
11) Multiple fixes of Turkish defenses and units location
12) Soft attack of all aircraft reduced 3 times - based on opinions from Dalibor, Dart Maximus, Terminator
13) Cumulative fixes from previously deleted mod - see above

Sometimes, the project development become deadlocked because of intrinsic faults in the software.
Here the case. Even with modifications of executable file of SOE2, limits imposed by game engine (which ceased active development since middle 2012) become more stifling with every edit.
Therefore, it`s time to fork the project. I will continue the WWII simulator with more accurate engine, and work with SOE2 will taper out in few months.
Below is the semi-final update to SOE2 and simultaneously, the (partial) start data of my own project.
Please write to oleg@eratokm.jp with proposals and found bugs.
List of fixes (incremental from last update):
1) NKVD units horses/cars amounts fixed
2) Small fixes of NKVD ad heavy artillery units of USSR - thanks to AAG!
3) Set occupation zones of USSR in Poland and Baltic states (set former owners of all cities and ports)
4) Former Poland fortifications on border with USSR
5) Soviet tactical bombers stock and parameters fixes - thanks to Dalibor!
6) Small fixes for Baltic Front of USSR - thanks to AAG!

My last (definite) update of the SOE2
List of changes:
1) New executable version 1.3.9 from Igor Kulakov - some bugs resulting in game crash fixed, units counter added, improvements of AI algorithm for units formation
2) Extensive fix of weapons database related mostly to Soviet AA guns and Japanese armored cars - thanks to Dalibor!
3) Fixes of Japanese army (divisional infantry fraction fixed according to rifles count, most of independent Machine Gun Companies are moved to Airfield Defense Battalions, added air divisions to units list, added 29th infantry division)
4) Minor fixes of number of tanks of USSR - thanks to AAG!
5) Few infantry units added to Far East of USSR - thanks to AAG!
6) Several new weapons graphics (total 93, 49 added since last update)

The mod update.
1) Executable version 1.4 (fast AI)
2) Source file update to compile in latest version of g++
3) Modification of Spanish aviation (identical to 1.3.9.1 and 1.4 in trunk)
4) Utility for modding have now weapons transfer function. Analogous to lend-lease, but without costs for now. Improvement suggestions are welcome.

The mod utilities update.
1) Removed bug causing modding program to crash during soe2.exe load
2) Added weapon class indicator and "level of dread" indicator to weapons transfer utility.
